Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV)
If you intend to establish your own business, it is important to apply for a company name and register the trademark. PRV grants exclusive rights to trademarks, technical ideas and designs. It is also possible to change names and acquire publication authorisation. The publication authorisation is a certificate that is necessary, for example, to publish a magazine.
