Guidance and support

In many municipalities, there are one or more offices where you can go to get answers to your questions, community guidance and information about the municipality’s activities. These locations are called, for example, kontaktcenter, medborgarkontor or servicecenter. Among other things, you can get help with filling in forms and getting in touch with authorities. In some offices, it is also possible to get advice on legal and financial matters.
