The second part of the civic orientation course is called Work and education. Here you will have opportunities to discuss various ways for you to study, be employed or start your own business, in Sweden.

You may have many practical questions about how the labour market works in Sweden, or you may want to know what your opportunities are if you have an academic degree from your homeland.

Examples of questions that are addressed in this part of the course:

• What are my opportunities to study in Sweden?
• What does lifelong learning mean?
• What are my rights and obligations at my workplace?
